always looking on the negative side

Have you ever thought of this if you are one of them people who always looks at the negative have you ever noticed it comes and bites you. Sometimes it’s just your nature to think that way sometimes it is not. Try to see life as a positive it will help you a lot give people and things a chance to work don’t just think that doesn’t work. A lot of turning my life around was about looking at the positives in life what can be good and what can be turned around and also sometimes just leaving things that didn’t work down to experience. Try it tomorrow see if you can turn your like by looking at the positives everyday in your life and also on how you can help yourself. Whats you expirece’s with this have you turned you life around by looking at the positives.

Hello and welcome to my newest blog where not just about bpd anymore we are now into mental health as well gives a lot more subjects to play about with. BPD borderline personality disorder and me Blog

That is the old name of my blog borderline personality and me blog but its now accross here. I had to seperate it from my main site to get some space back i have been writing it for just over a year. I wanted for a while to have my own site on mental health insted of just bpd because it back you into a corner in a way.

more about sleep or the lack of it

well ive had one of those nights where you just cant sleep you know the feeling it just dont work saying that i do have a really sore mouth at the moment i know ill have to take some of my own advice at the moment the body can not function properly without proper sleep so im having an early night tonight so ill not be up all night ive been up 24 hours at the moment plus it makes me moody ill have to be carefull i don’t ware myself out quite easy there another good pice of advice to dont ware your self out the work will be there tomorrow it isn’t going to run away and it will still be there when you’re not

Can people with BPD get hurt easy?

i can i have to put my hand up here i am very easily hurt and it takes me quite a while to recover and things that hurt me do last for a long time and sometimes never heal one of the jobs i was doing i was working in security and there was a new camera system the boss was there i turned the camera the wrong way with the controls on the panels and the camera went the wrong way the boss said “no wonder he is only a cleaner” this was in front of not me and him to the people who owned the place and that was so hurtful and i thought that the boss never thought about feelings it really was hurtful and i have never got over it A he was slaging his own staff off B he was trying to be funny at my expense C i would never slag someone off like that  D i expect to be treated with respect i don’t work for this guy anymore i just could not do it but in anser to my question yes we can be hurt easily just like most people i could go on forever at what hurts what hurts you?

taking your own life ever past threw your head

probably having BPD this would have went through your head more than once and yes you are at rick of taking your own life but in saying all this what is important is how you react or how you don’t react remember you control what you do you do have control of that if you act in a negative way and you spend all your time preparing for this and you do nothing but that you might succeed but on the other hand if you try to sort it out and try to get past these thoughts because that is all they are part of your thought process yer they may be really bad thoughts and even scary but you can beat them if you try or and if you have them thoughts right now have a word with your doctor or friend they wont just lock you away for that they will try to help you think tole negative you’ll get negative results think positive you will get better results your only alive once make the most of your life we all have weird thoughts so its not just you or me its how we act

you ever been over to number 10 on the net

well have a look over and head for transparency you can write what you think of the government and hows he doing mind your comments are about 2 weeks behind but they usually do appear no i didn’t say spam the prime ministers site but get stuff up that you want heard don’t be quite shy kids get no sweets ive put a few comments up now about the state of mental health services in the uk i will probably do a new post on there soon about dla getting swapped to PIP and try to work out this 20% savings they are going to make i think we need more people to comment on this site then the government as a whole might actually get the bigger picture and he might learn a bit more about where all in this together

have a listen to it see what you think i love it im sticking with you cause im made out of glue its easy to stay with someone but if you do stay with someone make sure it’s for the right reason you love them love is one of the most powerful things in the world and being in love is really nice but you do have to work at it

Depression feeling down dealing with it

I have to admit after feeling down last night and feeling depressed i have picked up after a nights sleep i was feeling really down last night i didn’t feel to good at all but instead of doing something i dealt with it and i think that is really important or and not in a  self-destructive way i spoke to my friends about it and that really helped me or and sleeping im back to my normal self today what caused i im unsure and i don’t really have the anser i had quite a hard time i suppose i was high as a kite the night before that may have something to do with it so whats my advice if your feeling depressed give it a night or two or have a talk to a friend about it that’s what friends are there for if then your no better after a few days go and see your doctor hell always talk to you or you can always have a word with me to remember things do get better it just seems that they don’t and if they don’t get better go out your way to make it better so i had it wore the tshirt and go rid of it
